Coffee (regular and decaf.) and juice are being served in the narthex each morning before the service. This is an opportunity to socialize prior to the Sunday worship services and is one way congregations are engaging in the Emerging Spirit Campaign. Refreshments will also be served in the auditorium following the service.
Quilters and Quilting Tools are needed for a project with International Women of Saskatoon (IWS), at St. Paul's Nurses' Residence. The project helps immigrant and refugee women practice English in an enjoyable environment, learn a new skill, reduce isolation and build community. Needed are volunteers, sewing machines, scissors or rotary cutters, cutting mats, thread, and an iron. The plan is to meet once a week on a regular basis.
Meals on Wheels volunteers are needed to continue delivering meals. The sign-up calendar is on the literature table.
